When you browse the website
Like all websites, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type so that pages can be delivered and protected. To prevent spam, our forms briefly keep a record of the IP address that submitted them. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking.
Health and other sensitive information
Care enquiries and referrals can include information about a person's health or support needs. This is special category data under UK data protection law, so we take extra care with it:
- We ask only for what we need to start a conversation about care.
- It is stored securely with access limited to members of our care team who need it.
- Staff notification emails only say that a new enquiry has arrived; they never contain the details.
- It is never shared with analytics or advertising services.
If you are contacting us on behalf of someone else, please make sure they know you are doing so, where they are able to understand.
