Getting Started
We support adults who need help to live safely and comfortably at home, including older people, people living with disabilities and family carers who need a break.
We currently support people across Kent and Medway, including Chatham, Rochester and Gillingham. Enter your postcode on our Areas We Cover page or call us to check.
Call us or complete our short online enquiry form. A member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time.
We talk with the person needing care, and anyone they would like involved, about routines, needs, preferences and goals. We then use this to create a personal care plan.
This depends on the support needed and carer availability in your area. Contact us and we will give you an honest answer.
