The People Behind Your Care

Great care comes from great people. Meet the team who lead, organise and deliver care at Kisumen, and who work every day to make sure the people we support feel safe, respected and at home.

Our Carers

Our carers come from many different backgrounds and communities, bringing a wealth of life experience and a shared commitment to compassionate care. They are the friendly faces families see every day, and the reason so many people feel confident living at home.

Every Kisumen carer is:

  • Carefully recruited with background checks and references
  • Trained before supporting anyone on their own
  • Supported by regular supervision and spot checks
  • Encouraged to keep learning and developing
